Delivery & Returns

Delivery across Lebanon

We deliver to every governorate in Lebanon. Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same working day and arrive within 1–3 working days. The courier calls before arriving so nobody has to wait at home.

Delivery charges

Delivery is charged at a flat rate shown at checkout, and is free on orders over $75. Final rates to be confirmed by MUSC before launch.

Paying for your order

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the box is in your hand — there is nothing to pay in advance and no card details are taken.

Returns

If a bottle arrives damaged, sealed incorrectly, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened or sprayed, unless the product is faulty.

Authenticity guarantee

Every fragrance is sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure genuine quality and authenticity. If you can demonstrate that something we sold you is not authentic, we will refund it in full.
